Chestnut paste

This confection has a firm consistency and smooth texture. It is made with pieces of candied chestnuts and lightly flavoured with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans.
Colour: light brown.
Intense chestnut flavour enhanced with the subtle note of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans.
It can be whisked into a smooth and subtle paste.

Origin of Fruit: Turin or Naples.

Shelf life: Best within 3 years.
